HOW DO I SECURE MY WEDDING DATE?

I will send over an email including your bespoke quotation and my terms and conditions. Once your booking fee has been paid (25% of the invoice) the date is exclusively yours. The booking fee is non-refundable however will be deducted from your final balance.

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

After paying your deposit, a further 25% is due at the time of booking your trial, then the remaining 50% balance is due 28 days prior to the wedding day.

I'M GETTING MARRIED ABROAD, ARE YOU ABLE TO TRAVEL?

Unfortunately this is not a service I currently offer.

CAN I HAVE A TRIAL BEFORE PAYING A BOOKING FEE?

Due to high demand, trials are only offered once your wedding date has been secured.

DO I NEED A TRIAL?

All bridal bookings include 1 trial for the bride. This is a really important part of your service to make sure we bring your vision to life for the big day. Trials are not essential for the bridal party but are available on request.

WHEN SHOULD I HAVE MY TRIAL?

I usually recommend around 2-3 months prior to the wedding day. It can be sooner if preferred. Due to demand will depend on availability. Trials are generally held weekdays at my home bridal studio in Shrewsbury. I can travel to you if you prefer, but travel expenses will apply. Weekend trial dates are exceptionally limited due to wedding day bookings.

I HAVE PETS AT HOME, IS THIS AN ISSUE?

No, absolutely not! I love animals and I'm more than happy to say a quick hello. I just ask that they are safely kept away from the area we are working in, as I will have hot tools and electric cables around.

DO MY BRIDAL PARTY NEED A TRIAL?

I allow time on the wedding morning for each of your bridal party to show me inspiration photos and discuss their vision. This is usually enough and a trial isn't necessary. However, if they feel they need a little extra help deciding on how to have their hair they can book in for a trial. Extra trials are charged at £80.00.

DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR EXTENSIONS?

I can supply hair extensions at a discounted price and help colour match, or I can recommend where to buy them from.

I HAVE A LARGE BRIDAL PARTY, HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU STYLE?

Depending on what time your ceremony is I can manage around 6-7 people on my own. If a second stylist is needed to help speed things along or you'd prefer a later start time, I can arrange this. There is a £100.00 surcharge for this option.

DO YOU WORK WITH ANY MUA'S?

Yes, I regularly work with some fantastic make up artists. Please ask me for some recommendations and I will be happy to help.

DO YOU STYLE FLOWER GIRLS HAIR?

Yes I do, the age limit for the little ones is 5yrs - 10yrs old. Above the age of 10 the service is charged at the bridesmaid price.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?

Bookings further than 10 miles from my home (SY3) will incur a 75p per mile charge for the round trip to your wedding venue, plus £10 per hour of travel. This is calculated and added to your total balance. I also calculate travel costs for the trial in the same way, which is added to your invoice.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM BOOKING?

Yes, there is a minimum booking fee of £450 for peak season May 1st – September 30th on Fridays & Saturdays. If this amount is not met with your requirements, a surcharge will be applied.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations within 6 months of the wedding day will require full payment to be made.
